In May 2017, our company's independently developed new 1.0MN intelligent flat vulcanizing press passed the test, changing the design of conventional flat vulcanizing presses, representing a major advancement.

The electrical system of this flat vulcanizing press is controlled by a PLC, with parameters set and displayed on a touch screen. Functions can be selected independently: 2RT, 3RT, 4RT, automatic venting, automatic mold opening, automatic pressure compensation, with a push-pull mold. The mold is automatically pushed and pulled in and out by an oil cylinder, mainly used for the pressing and molding of rubber products.
