If the mold temperature deviates from the setpoint during the vulcanization process, an audible and visual alarm will activate, and the machine will automatically depressurize. 3. During operation, the mold temperature and machine temperature are controlled using a dual closed-loop system, ensuring that the mold temperature remains consistently high.

I. The temperature control of the flat plate vulcanizer is achieved by an intelligent controller that monitors the temperature of the upper, middle, and lower three heating plates during the vulcanization process, displaying the detected heating plate temperature and set temperature values on the display panel.
II. During the mold temperature heating process of the flat plate vulcanizer, the red light is on. When the operating temperature is reached, the alarm light turns green. If the mold temperature changes during the vulcanization process and any part does not meet the set temperature, the audible and visual alarm will be activated, and the machine will automatically depressurize.
III. During operation, the mold temperature and machine temperature are controlled by a dual closed-loop system, ensuring that the mold temperature is precisely controlled to guarantee the completion of the production process. The closed-loop system is deactivated outside the operating cycle.
